If your order was defective or damaged during transit, we may at our discretion choose to exchange or replace the damaged product or portion or send you a new one. We reserve the right to request additional information about the defect/damage in order to determine the appropriate course of action which includes the above options but does not exclude others.

To make a return or report a damaged/defective product, please send us an email at support@naturalflare.com with your order number, product you wish to return, and reason for return/exchange. We will contact you with instructions how to proceed.
